Does anybody have anything positive to say? cloud: It must be the holiday blues.
I've got it bad.
All I want to do is hide in my apartment, watch movies, and drink.
Instead I've got my daughter and a trip planned to someplace that I'm not necessarily excited about going to this weekend.
So does anyone who has been really down lately have any happy news about what they did to make themselves feel better?
I'd love to hear some success stories to make me feel a little better.
This dumb rollercoaster just won't stop. Just when I think it's turned into a steady train, it streaks downward at lightning speed.

Re:Does anybody have anything positive to say? amess: Sure. Dunderhead just came back with a settlement proposal that is absolutely ridiculous, and now he is pushing me to the point where I wondered what I ever saw in the creep. It's a great feeling. He doesn't seem to grasp the fact that he has nothing to hold over me, simply because I don't care about his money, not about this house. I just want it sold, and I don't care what it sells for. Hell, someone can have it for $10.00 for all I care. He's the one who wants it back, all of his assets are in it, he is hanging on to every bit of material wealth he can generate, and I DON'T GIVE A RAT'S A..HOLE. So, stop paying the mortgage, no skin off my nose. He's also claiming I will have to pay him back if the house is not returned to him in the exact shape he left it in. FINE. I won't fix the plumbing or the cirrcuit breakers. Fine by me. He also wants to retain all furniture, etc. now in his possession. HE DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN HIS POSSESION. His attorney is a retard. Makes me giddy with joy. He also says he will drop all reimbursements for things that ARE NOT COMMUNITY PROPERTY. Now he claims we were separated a full 2 months before we were, as documented by himself and his attorney at time of filing. According to him, we were now separated in April. The divorce papers state we were separated at the end of June, which we were. Now he is claiming the house as worth less than the appraiser claimed, AND AS HE DOCUMENTED IN THE DIVORCE PAPERS. What, does he think now he can fudge around with dates and numbers already well documented, and in his own writing? I cannot believe I married someone so stupid. He has now complained I have harrasssed him. He has documented only 2 instances 1) I asked him to return all community prop documents in copies to me, or I will come get them myself, 2) I called him 3 times about the plumbing. Oh yeah, a court is going to freak over that. Well, the dunderhead doesn't understand, no agreement, house sells anyway. So, now I am humiliated I married someone so idiotic, that he has become a source of supreme irritation, instead of someone I mourn for. I mourn for the loss of his brain. I pity the fact that he doesn't understand that the one who doesn't care about all of this settlement crap, is the one who wins. He has pushed me to the limit, and he can take his sorry, wimpy little a.. and foister it on someone else. Ugh, I married a little boy. My rant for the day. :D
PS, sorry I hijacked your post Cloud.
