crap!! LostTeacher: crap, crap, crap!!!
just a call from my bank. seems as if my debit card was skimmed and copied. so they cancelled my card. no notice, no nothing....just cancelled it.
so now i have to go in, with picture id, and only then can they tell me anything. i don't know what is in my bank account right now, i don't know where it happened, they won't tell me anything.
i have a call into my branch manager, but i am going to have to go in there tomorrow.
i am so super pissed!! we've been having some big stories about this happening in my city in the paper lately, but this has caught me totally off guard.
at least if there's been a purchase made on my card since last monday, i know it wasn't me. being housebound makes that easy to figure out. but if i wasn't housebound, i would have no access to my bank money....and that is a crock!!

Re: crap!! LostTeacher: well...so far, i don't think any money is missing...but they won't let me know the balance of my accounts. i have to go down with picture ID before they will do that.
sucks.....i hate having to memorize new card numbers and pin numbers. i was just getting comfortable with this one.
