I was telling someone the other night that we should have the right to sue for breach of contract, when our spouse steps out on us. Thats the closest thing you have is that piece of paper stating you're married. Apparently it doesn't mean shit most of the time.
I wish I had some answers for this, you'd think after 2 and going into number 3 I'd have some insight, but I don't. It may last years, or days, who knows?
