i am 2 years in, and i still have times when i obsess. espeically when i "accidently" get info about him and his new life with the OW and her kids.
you are doing what you need to....but sometimes you have to do more, like the blocking. the more you feed the fire, the more the fire continues to grow.

There are many filtering programs.
This one is specific for Myspace, among other sites.

My home PC runs linux. My buddy installed about five different mechanisms to block my access to myspace. Mostly Firewall rules (IPTABLES) and Name resolution (DNS, hosts, etc.) alterations via recurring CRON jobs. I got obsessive, found them all, and removed them.
The bottom line is that if I want to look I can. All the blocking mechanisms in the world could not stop me when I decide I'm going to look.
And I can't get rid of my internet connection. I work a great deal from the home, and it requires 24/7 network access (I'm an IT proffesional).
