You are being Paranoid Freckles. Even if she knew how to use a computer, and even if she figured out your password, and even if she got into your account, she can't make it so that the page loads slowly. The most she could do is change your password and fix all your spelling and grammatical mistakes.
Ojar has been lagging a bit lately, or so it seems. It's probably not your computer, but one thing you can do that may help is clear your browser cache, history, temporary files, and cookies. You will have to reenter any saved passwords after you do this.
