Missing Exs Zipsfb: So I'm very happy dating my current GF (two months now), but sometimes really miss my X. Will this go away? It seems to come in spells and the last few days have been pretty long. I even dreamt about the X last night.
I don't want to mess up my current relationship, but man... part of me is confused I guess. Is this normal? Thoughts/experiences?

Ive been remarried for 2 years and still sometimes miss my ex.. even had a dream the other night where I woke up kind of hazy and rolled over expecting him to be there :o And I dont even want him back! I think because they shared such a big part of our lives that sometimes it just takes awhile to clear them out of our subconcious. Hell, I even had a dream the other night I was shopping with my first ex and we've been divorced almost 9 years.. ::) I don't think theres anything wrong with your current relationship with the new g/f... just takes time to exorcize (sp?) the old demons.
