When it rains it pours! monkliey630: WTF is going on this year?! First me and my girl break up, and now my best friend and his wife are getting divorced and last night my other best friend calls me around 10pm and says that her and her boyfriend broke up! And this other girl, who is a friend of mine is pregnant and the guy she was with doesn't want anything to do with her! I am going on record as saying 2007 is the FREAKING WORSE YEAR!!!!! AND IT'S ONLY FEBRUARY!!!
And of course I get the phone calls and emails with questions about their problems and here I am trying to work through mine and I am not doing that good of a job with it! How do I answer someone elses questions when I can't really even answer mine????

As odd as this will sound, you can learn a lot about your own situation, when you talk to someone else about theirs. You can find something similar, and suddenly it'll strike you that some of your questions were answered.
Re: When it rains it pours! Magalucia: I agree with Smiley. That said, sometimes you just have to be unavailable. If you are overwhelmed by your own situation, it is ok to just let to phone ring, or turn it off and allow yourself to catch your breath when you need to.
