I didn't hijack the thread. My last post was relevant, imo.
Wishing and JMD, this debate is proof positive that Snacks' post was spot on.

Hijacking a thread is a somewhat sticky problem. Who is to say that a "hijack" isn't a natural progression of the thread?[/quote">
Absolutely, Hijacking can not be stopped. Everyone does it at times. And hijacking to one person isn't to another.
That is why total posts in a day is a good idea. You don't have to worry about if it is hijacking.

Sure, but instead I have to worry about "gee, if I reply to this thread, I can't reply to that one.."

How To Report A Problem On OJar.com admin: The wrong way:
1. Send me an email.
2. Send me a Personal Mesg. (PM)
The right way:
1. Hit the button on the post that says, "Report to moderator"
This the only way that all moderators know there is a problem.
I am frequently away from the computer for extended periods and it can take me 12-24 hours to get online -- I often travel and have limited net access. OJAR-Chris also gets the "Report to moderator" mesg. OJar-Chris was hired to help cover for me when I cannot get online.
There is no perfect solution and there is no way that we can have 24/7 online moderators. In fact, everyone on this site is an adult and should behave as one.
Then again, maybe pigs will fly first.
There is a great quote which applies here, "Thank goodness for FREEDOM OF SPEECH it helps identify the a$$holes so much quicker".

p.s. I am disappointed with the behavior of certain individuals that should know better and have been privately warned previously.

Plus, we've certainly had our differences, but I seriously doubt you're in the top 5. :)
