The government was never intended to feed you, clothe you, or even provide you with work, none of that is in the constitution. Saying that, we have plenty of programs that exist for such things, the problem is our tax dollars keep going to the giving, and the people just keep on taking. We have an entire political party that maintains their political power off these people, as long as they keep giving, these people will keep taking and keep voting for those who keep these programs alive. Some of these people just need the proper motivation is all. Keep welfare temporary, get them out there and productive.

When I am struggling to keep food in my house and well my house for that matter! I have no damn money, work my ass off and can't get any type of assistance whatsoever because I work and make too much money! Nice!

Well said. You're the kind of person I have concern about when I argue against people who wish to use the lives of others to fuel their Grand Dreams and assuage their bleeding hearts. It pains me to see good honest hard working people dumped upon so that ivory tower types can play social experimenters.
