Re: why old people get discriminated against and can't get hired crushedman: I'm not saying that all old people make bad employees. I'm saying that I understand why they are discriminated against. From an ownership standpoint, I wouldn't bother to take the risk that the old person I hired would be the exception and not the rule. It's not worth it.. it's all risk, very little reward.

From an ownership standpoint, I wouldn't bother to take the risk that the colored person I hired would be the exception and not the rule. It's not worth it.. it's all risk, very little reward.
