Simply write "Delivery Refused" on the envelope and put it back in the mailbox. He cannot force you to pay it.

I can hire you as my personal body guard! lol how far away from Arkansas are ya? I can pay your gas and hotel!
Now if I can just get him to stop emailing me I would be good to go! He keeps emailing me accusing me of messing with things, changing account passwords, and stealing from him. I guess I am going to have to change my email as well. I personally believe the only reason he keeps emailing me is to continue contact. Which is exactly the reason I feel he is trying to get me in trouble with the law. It is a way to get me into court, therefore more contact in the future. All I want is for him to go away!

I had already planned on not paying anything. I just had to fork over $1900 to get my transmission fixed and I amnot asking him to pay for that. I feel like I am responsible for what is mine, and he is responsible for what is his. end of story! He can try and force me to pay all he wants, but since I did nothing I will pay nothing.
