He's got the house, the money, hell, he's even got the dog. And he's got at least a drinking problem, and at worst a major drug problem.
You love the guy but everytime you complain about something, legitimate or not, he threatens to throw you out of the house. There's no security in that relationship, emotional, financial, or otherwise.
Move out. If you think its worth it, then work on the relationship, but from a safe distance. Otherwise, he is only going to drag you down.
