People who do that I guess think EVERYONE is Amazed and Happy that they are doing that.(They are wrong)
What People REALLY think when they go by or Worse Yet - Park close by.
They Think * Please God throw a Giant Rock and SMASH that Car. Or Please let a Semi - Truck Smash them Flat. This also runs through thier mind - Oh if Only I had a Gun or a Bulldoser I would Fix Them.
That is also a $400.00 Ticket for doing that.
