Re: One closed, another open Percy123: New york girl was actually pretty awesome....She haile dout of New Hampshire but was a die hard NY'r. I live across the river in NJ, and about 30-40 minutes by train.  It was tough to have a spontaneous relationship.

At the time I was getting my business started and living with a sister, which was very humbling....

I guess it was me...I wasn't prepared for her.  Timing is everything and now I have a home, stablitity and self esteem.  Could have handled her better today.  She was the "rebound" too which was a death sentence.....

I still miss her and text her every so often to say hello.

Re: One closed, another open Percy123: Interesting developments....

New york date 1 went well and she requested a follow up
New York Girl 2 request face to face meeting, 3 yrs after the fact. At least I made a positive impression on someone.

Drunk girl, who had no time for a relationship, and was too busy for a man in her life, posted her profile back on internet site within 4 days or so....what a knuckle head.  She could have just been honest about things.  We had very little emotional investment.  She is defintiely not gellin'
Re: One closed, another open katbuttkid: I love nicknames.
Since I left my husband there has been:

SCUBA guy
Suds
BIG
Tick-Check boy
Frenchie
Hairy Hippie (although I don't think I mentioned him here)
the ONS
(Almost Famous) Married Guy
and now I've got "Yummyman!"

I'm so glad he likes his nickname :)
He DOES have a real name tho, to be sure.  First, last, and middle..!
