Re: Advice for those wanting their Ex's back. HarlemAngel001: Thanks...I hope your right about them wanting to come back part...
Re: Advice for those wanting their Ex's back. soreheart: Timely words TheDude. I woz just wondering what I'd do if my ex changed his mind and wanted to come back. I would find it really hard to accept him given all thats happened. What you say is true: he left for selfish reasons and would be coming back for selfish reasons. Not sure if i'd ever be happy to settle for that.

Re: Advice for those wanting their Ex's back. JadedButtafly: theres' this crazy thing about time.... at one point i'd been begging for this kind of advice... but actions do speak louder than words. And although he said to me he wanted to work on things, his actions spoke for him.  a year and 6 months seperated, here I sit and I'm going to tell you... with a since of humor in it.... that i honestly believe that everything happens for a reason, and even though my heart  holds a "Very tiny" place for this person, "DONT DO IT! it's a trap!"  ;D  honestly and truely though, time is the key factor here.  Just remember it's okay to hope, but when hope consumes your life, and that love you hold onto starts to emotionally beat you down, it's time for you to put a stop to it, get up on your two feet and say "the H'll with this!"

I couldn't have said it better myself.  :)
Re: Advice for those wanting their Ex's back. kelbelleplus1: This is so true! Even amongst all the lines and BS we are given by the leaver, the reality is it is a self-serving act.
