This is NOT about you.
I do the same thing. I might read a thread, overhear a conversation in real life and automatically and reflexively jump to the conclusion that it is about me, and only later on, do I realize, that it was not.
You have several folks telling you that it is NOT about you...there is a reason for the general agreement. Because you are IN it, and you cannot see it for what it is.
It's going to be ok...really.
