And Lumpy, Russia is most certainly a superpower. They have lots of nukes, they have lots of oil, lots of cash, lots of arms, lots of communists, fascists, mafioso, and that guy Putin who is about as slimy and corrupt as a leader can get. They are more corrupt than they were before the cold war. They are more dangerous than before the cold war.
And yes, finacially speaking we are linked to China. We owe them a lot of money. And that's why we are staying out of the Sudan and that's why we invaded Iraq as opposed to Iran.
