Well, at least I know she's still irresponsible... darkrose: So..
My kiddo had an allergic reaction to something yesterday while at school. Got a very weird rash that ended up being a big, spread out hive.. The doctor said there's 2 types of hives..the normal ones with the boils, and ones where entire capillaries get inflamed, like what he had. He's also having a bad time with allergies this season, so he was prescribed an decongestant syrup.
Anyway, so she is doing the insurance for him for a couple of reasons. The first being her insurance is just as good as mine, but is WAY cheaper because she works for a large-ish corporation, whereas my company is 3 people total. The second one being that she's going to be the non-custodial parent and will be ordered by the judge to do it anyway. I asked her when she signed him up for insurance 3 months ago to make sure they send duplicate cards or at very least make photocopies. Of course, she didn't..and conveniently forgets when she brings him back..
She's had the card(s) for two months now, and has yet to make the requested copies or provide me with duplicate card.
Additionally, I needed the prescription plan number for the kid so he can get his medication. She was supposed to e-mail me because she was "busy" at the moment. Well, she never emailed, so I had to track down the info myself (she's not answering her cell phone now).
So yeah, I spent the majority of the morning chasing down people on the phone to get the documents I need for my son to get his required medication.
At least I know she's still an irresponsible biatch.
(and yes, I documented all this crap I had to do.. If this divorce case goes to the judge unresolved, he's going to get an earfull about her irresponsibility and mistreatment of my son)

Re: Well, at least I know she's still irresponsible... td: Sorry Wishing... that is just so wrong!! I can't even imagine how a mother could be like that. Your son is lucky to have such a great dad.

Thanks. I try to be the best dad I can be.. even more now because she..for lack of a better phrase..doesn't have a motherly instinct. I think that's part of what played into the divorce. I saw having a kid (and he was unexpected) a welcome surprise.. she saw it as an end to her fun.
Re: Well, at least I know she's still irresponsible... darkrose: Oh, and I spoke to a friend of mine about this.. A friend who plays World of Warcraft with the stbxw.
Apparently, by "busy" she meant "in the middle of raiding" when I called her.
Typical. She brushed the kid aside to play WoW when we were married, why would anything change now? She's probably just looking for another fat 18 year old virgin that lives in his mom's basment to deflower or something.
