highway, nothing is ever a loss ... in time you'll begin to see alot of things more clearer. you know what they say "hindsight is 20/20".
however, keep this one thing in mind ... SHE ... left ... you! YOU wanted to make it work! that right there speaks volumes about the quality of people. when things got bad .. it just made her unhappy. did she try to make it work? no, she started some long long search for someone until she had actually found that right other someone to help her out of HER "GLOOM" .
It's the typical, "grass is greener on the other side" syndrome and before you know it, she'll realize that the grass is never ever greener... IT's NEVER A HANDED GIFT! no matter how much of an honest face they have when they say otherwise.

Yes all these types do is run from one to the next expecting a different result
When the "real" problem "lies" within them...

When she does come back around you have to decide if you want to deal with her or just let it go
But don't let her dump her guilt on you if you say no...

You have to do what you want to do dude...
If you want to call her you can but I would advise against it as sometimes you have to make them miss you a bit
