Re: Weird friend falling out darkrose: My friends realize that I'm extremely busy and if they want to hang, they need to contact me. There are people I only get to see or talk to on weekends. It's not that I don't care, it's that our schedules don't jive and thus it's a PITA to coordinate things. :)

The vast majority of my friends are people I've known for years..so they understand and aren't hurt by it. I dropped off the face of the eart to them for a year when I was trying to save my marriage..and they understood that.

Re: Weird friend falling out Zipsfb: I don't think so.  But you never know I guess.  But regardless, I've never met a guy that is so sensitive.  Maybe he only wants to surround himself with VERY loyal people?  I don't know.  Like all of you I have/have had countless friends that float in and out of my life.  No big.

It still makes me feel like crap, but I'll get over myself.  Am I being too sensitive for even letting it get to me?[quote author=Jacqueline link=topic=43051.msg493881#msg493881 date=1175783468">
wait, maybe he is gay?

This happened to a friend/xboyfriend of mine some years ago. His buddy would get jealous about the time he spent with me and doing other things. They would have these scraps, then finally a fall out. The truth came out much later. He was gay, hiding it and in love with my boyfriend LOL

Re: Weird friend falling out Zipsfb: lol or maybe buy him dinner to break it to him more softly.  Unfortunately, he alreeady broke up with me... if I'd known we were dating I would have atleast tried to get my favorite jeans back.
