I tend to be oversensitive, and I try to "read between the lines", and at the slightest sign that I am being given the brush off, or if I see something happening that might point to potential problems down the line, I pull the plug.
In fact I have a situation right now with a girl I've been seeing for about a week. I had pulled my dating profile off line because we had declared that we would be exclusive, and I noticed that not only did she not remove hers, but she was active within the past few days...so I called her and said I didn't want to continue on with her...she called me back and said there are some "misunderstandings". We will be talking later on...
The point I am making is that I identified with your post, because I thought we were talking about a typical male/female relationship...after I read some responses I realized that it's two guys...
Weird. He's oversensitive at least, and gay at worst...not that being gay is a bad thing, but it sure isn't what you are looking for...
