i love it, and cant get enough of it. i do some of the moves on my dane, just for practice.............lol............

Watched it last night. Some great bouts taking place in Vegas. This one dude laid the sickest choke hold on his opponent, made him pass out. He basically grabbed the guy under one of his arms and around his necked and squeezed. Nighty night.
I was a big fan back in the day when those dudes didn't wear gloves. Back when Gracie ruled the ring and Shamrock was a force to be reckoned with. Back then guys would get really hurt. I saw this black guy get his ocular cavity smashed in by an elbow. He was blinded for life.
Anyway, hell yeah, UFC is brutal but great to watch.
Re: UFC/ ultimate fighting Zipsfb: Used to train with an MMA figther. Rough dude, softy inside, but a great workout partner. Wasn't very good at jumping rope though! ;-)
