I have a 3 week Emergency O.O.P and I have to go back the 20th...If he doesn't show...default and I have it for 2 years...he shows...we have to fight and may go to trial! :0( I doubt he'll show!

So,,,,,, do not be surpised to see him in court.
The good news is that his lawyer will explain the consequences... etc... If he did not understand before he will now.
Hopefully, you will never be bothered again.
