Members that breach these rules WILL be looking for other sites to use as I will BAN them!
Trust me, I monitor these boards very closely.
Several times a day I login and I read everything.
This site has helped thousands of people and I am not going to let 'one rotten apple spoil the cart'.
In most cases I prefer to take a relaxed view about postings that are borderline but I will delete a posting that crosses the line.
I ban OJar members that repeatedly ignore the rules!
This is a community and it works because we support one another. If you go out of your way to anger everyone as a way of venting you will be looking for a new community.

I am very impressed with this site. I stumbled across it on a google search looking for some type of help.
How do you find time to keep this up?
Now being a single parent of three kids I can't find time to g-shop, laundry, clean, work, work-out and do week-end fun things. I never knew how hard it could be out there.
Thanks for giving us a spot to read, laugh, vent and just communicate. It is a very lonely time and this helps.

to answer your question, I automate a lot of the manual tasks.
By automating things this site has an uptime of almost 99% per month.
- I do online backups while the site is being used. So people don't even realize the site is backed up.
- I use keyword filtering for finding posts that are unacceptable.
- I rely on the "notify" post button if someone is funky on the site or someone decides to ignore the TOS.
That's pretty much it!
Glad the site is helping so many.

just wanted to let you know how much i appreciate this community you've monitored and have created here.
It not only is a good way to share feelings that are so hard to convey to family and friends, but the support has been so great...it has helped me greatly, and i'm sure i'm speaking for alot of people that come here.
