Okay, whoever wants a copy drop me a private message with your email address, or I will reply with my email. I don't think I would call it brilliant, lol, but I was happy with it and so was she. And I did not make the whole thing up from scratch, I took bits and peices from here and there and all over the internet ... lol. Of course you can customize it to you liking, some holidays we did not bother with (like July 4th) and our visitation is a little wacky, but I left the spaces for each holiday even if I did not use it. It also addresses health and education.
