I'm going for demon son of Satan again. Did it 2 years ago. Bought a lot of pretty pricey makup appliances that looked pretty damned real (flesh colored horns for the head, actual decent "can't tell" points for the ears, pointed tooth caps). Put those one, blend them in with base colors, put in red contacts, a black t-shirt, jeans and black boots and I'm pretty damned scary looking. I'm built pretty decently, so it has the effect of making me look like a demon from a dark graphical novel, and people sometimes come real close and look at the horns and say things like "oh my god, are those real" (duh, no).
