And on a serious note.
Don't stand there waiting for him to just "know".
Communicate with him in ways he understands. Guys prefer not to have to sit and interpret arcane half hints and subtle body gestures. We're pretty straight forward, communication wise. Just talk to a guy like he talks to his friends (without perhaps the crudeness). Openly flirt in ways guys understand.
Smiling and eye contact do a lot as well.

You forgot the part where you leave the fee on the table before you leave for services rendered. If you're going to describe something that happens in real life during an inital meeting you may as well tell the whole story.
