Book I saw... Druid13: I saw a book today I was looking thru called the case against divorce. Basically covers alot of issues....financial psychological etc....reasons for not divorcing. I found it interesting and in some ways very tough to read. I am trying to move along in the aftermath of my divorce and felt my ex might have had some good by reading something like this. I noticed the online review describes it as scary. And in parts it is. I have to admit I have felt alot of the feelings they describe...loss of social status....the financial pain...the pain of the heart....etc. Basically at one point describes how people will keep to themselves after divorce alot...whcih I have been doing. Has anyone else seen this book?
Another book I have been reading ( more positive) is Mars and Venus Starting over. This book seems helpful. The other book really gets into the nitty gritty aspects of the pain from all angles. I still even after all that has happened feel the divorce was a mistake at times....hopefully someday I will not feel that way at all...and will be happy again.
