Either way...this is ridiculous. You got into a physical altercation with your ex and have not seen your daughters for 8 weeks because you don't like where you live??? Are you serious??? Gulf...c'mon. You seem like a nice loving guy...what's the deal? There HAS to be more to this. You also said that you have joint custody of your girls...so why haven't you seen them? I am shocked. Do you think they might miss you?? And I think that it's nice that you still love your ex, but if she violently swears at you and keeps your daughters away from you for 8 weeks...what kind of a person is she really?
Sheesh...I just don't get it sometimes.
Get a face to face with her and tell her yu want to see your children. If she refuses...CALL THE POLICE. Your children need a Daddy more than you need your ex back!

Why weren't you happy at the new place you moved to? Was it her family? What caused you to split in the past? Just curious...you say how unhappy you are living by her family but you never say why. That would help out as far as giving you honest advice about the situation you in.
I do sense a lot of love for her BUT you shouldn't have pushed her...if you wanted to leave you should have started walking. That will never help any situation no matter how mad you get....not that she wasn't in the wrong for not letting you leave but sometimes it is hard to think when emotions are running high. It sounds like both of you are hurting alot.
