Re:Bad Day for No Good Reason! favoriteangel2003: Marf,
Not trying to make fun of you in any way but I just had to respond to your post to lc....I LOVED hearing a man say go make some" fun food"...I found it entertaining in a Martha Stewart kind of way...speaking of depressed...she must be hating life right now...considering she can't make "fun food". Please don't take this wrong, Marf...it just made my day. I haven't had any sleep so maybe that is part of it.
I do completely agree with your post but I always do! ;)
Re:Bad Day for No Good Reason! 2brix: Every one of us has bad days and good days. I for one was finding myself slipping into the bad way to much. I was diagnosed years ago as having clinical depression but I felt I could control it. Well the doctor felt different and now I am going to try the better living with chemestry bit. If you feel you can not control the bad days bit please don't think you are any less for visiting the doctor and looking for help. I wish you the very best and hope you don't have to follow me into the chem lab. Like everyone is saying stay positive and maybe this will give you the boost you need to get through this unassisted.
Re:Bad Day for No Good Reason! RecoveringinDE: It is completely normal hun. Unfortunately. But, it will pass, they usually do. I went thru it for 2 weeks last month =\ That is after 5 months of being separated.
Just think of Sunday! We are going to have a great time! Take care of yourself, go excercise, eat CHOCOLATE! That is the best =)

Re:Bad Day for No Good Reason! dj: lc-just went through this myself last week. Nothing specific happened, just got into a funk and couldn't shake it. It just slowly went away and now I feel pretty good again. Roll with the punches...it will get easier and easier to recover from them as you (all of us actually) go along.
