I definitely don't want to add to the male/female thing going on in other threads, but I did want to mention in a completely non-defensive way that men, too, go through this change. I am a living, breathing example of that. My hubby just turned 32 and told me the ever-original excuse I love you but ......blah, blah, blah! So although you are right about the change that comes from turning thirty, it is a cross-gender thing.
Now, that was the most polite, politically correct way I know how to say it ;D

Re:Question for the women seth: Yeah, of course it's a "cross-gender" thing but I've read that 30 is even more dramatic for women (there's a new book out on it near the self-help section) because of their biological clocks and all... Supposedly, men have a bit more time......
But generally, I agree with you...... A lot more divorces happen in the thirties now than before.
