I could get all nuanced and provide a list of things I think a rebound is, but that about sums it up. You are there for the separation and healing of a previous break-up instead of creating a new relationship of its own merit.

It's when you are also willing to overlook a lot of things you wouldn't normally (or totally throw all your dating/relationship criteria out the window) just for the sake of being in a relationship.
