Its like a coin flipping richmds: I know everyone has heard it a thousand times, but yesterday I was kind of down, read some stuff on this board and I was feeling better or great. The same I did say if I wasnt breaking up. Was able to get through the day a bit and run a whole bunch of errands after work.
Then this morning I get up and feel really down again. Sometimes I feel really down right after work knowing I am going home to see myself. Other times I feel really down waking up.
Not really looking forward to fetching my dad from the airport either, I know what he is going to say "Be a man, get over it..." Bleh.

I am glad that the postings helped you get through the day yesterday. I have those days myself, where the sanity prevals after reading and posting.
As for "being a man" - I am pretty sure that for most people, being a man, includes being able to admit that you are having a hard time with the emotions and things that have been thrown your way and that for me, I would rather have a man admit to it than to deny any feelings and emotions at all.
Chin up - if it gets too much you can always post about his visit on the Vent board.

Everyone here is great and in some strange way I feel most of us are all connected in a weird way.
