Point Hot Guys - odd, but perhaps he is the jealous type and wants to see what type of guys you are attracted to so that he knows what to watch out for, or perhaps he wants to compare himself. Example "if she thinks I am hot and that guy is hot, I must be at least as hot or hotter then the other guy". Still it is odd.
Guy on girl vs girl on girl. - I'm straight and I like guy on girl better myself, and a lot of guys I know do too. Now 2 girls and a guy...well ok then. I think before when you didn't see the girl on girl thing it was more of a turn on for us guys. But - well it is all over the place now so it has lost some its allure.
