I'm guessing that the hot, smart women can put men into thinking they have no chance. I have seen the higher-up women settle for some real clowns in my company. Do they think that's the best they'll get?
I've become friends with some of the hotties in my company and they have come to find out that their a little desparate themselves. This one I talked with would say that in her early 20s she would have guys just lined up to dance with her at the clubs. Well, I told her that yes she was attractive, but maybe she was spoiled just a tad. She's dating a guy who's dumped her 4 times in the past 4 years, because he's cheated on her all 4 times. Oh boy!!!!
When I married my ex, she wasn't the hottest women around but she had an attractive face and body. I didn't know she could get much hotter, but she did at the end. Oh well, I'm not too shabby myself.

By the time she was 32 she a Vice President in one of the worlds largest companies. She makes a very very good living. A guy could be making 100k plus and would still feel little beside her. She is exteremly intelligent. She is a fitness freak so she is good shape. The kicker is she has been single more times then not. Until recently she hasn't even had a boyfriend in years. The guy she is now with? Blue Collar guy who does general contracting. So I think a lot of guys do get freaked out by a succussful, powerful woman.
Another example, the girl I am currently dating does fairly well for herself. She is great shape. Owns a very nice house, drives nice car, etc. etc. She has told me a lot of guys have been intimidated by her. I can believe it. Good thing my ego is almost as large as my belly or may have been too! LOL
