weird situation Druid13: I was ou tshopping last weekend and saw my ex walking along.....she had to have seen me but tried really really hard to pretend she did not. It was sad. She looked totally blown out. All I can say is her reaction has shown me she has to feel guilt anymore abou tall of this. She looked like she saw a ghost. BTW- I have spent alot of time of myslef...working out etc...improving. I am better looking than the guy she is with I think I am better person...I am smarter....she lost out as far as I am concerned. I just could not believe she acted that way...would not even look at me. Guilt I guess. It is a shame someone I was with for 15 years acts like this...I almost felt bad for her.

Re:weird situation Druid13: yes it is.....I think I am a good father...and depsite some problems ( and blame she gave me) I was a loyal husband to her. We had our problems...But I loved her. Now she has hustled into this new marriage....and I swear it is all a facade...bigger house new cars etc....but where is her soul anymore? I told her numerous times I never could have done this to her....ever. Part of my ego was actually happy in a weird way because I am in good shape these days and look frankly better than I used to and I am standing on my own two feet. Who knows may be she though "Hey who is that guy...Oh no"....LOL
I swear she looked like she saw a ghost. All those years we went shopping for Xmas together all gone now. My brother told me I've done the right thing by not jumping immediately into something else...where she has done nothing to work on herself. Just jumped into something new with some opportunisitc guy who saw we were having problems....the odds of that working out...? I d guess not good. I offered my heart at the end of all this ...and she stomped it.
Re:weird situation RecoveringinDE: First, good for you! There is always room for improvement and you are taking advantage of that to make yourself feel better. And it is sad when a woman would give up a great relationship to "settle" for something that seems to be better.
