Re:woo hoo, my loan got approved!!! Spectrum: Congrats, Kin!
Just a word of advice.....
The consulting company my mom works for paid for her and several others to take the correspondance course for that same certification, with the requirement that they all finish the course within a certain number of months.
My mom studied regularly (nightly) and diligently, and passed with flying colors. She did, however, say that it was a very challenging course and you need to allow adequate preparation and study time.
My mom was the *only* one out of the group that passed, as the others all tried to cram their studying and test-taking into the month prior to the deadline. It definitely didn't work!
The moral of the story was that it isn't a walk in the park. But if you maintain self-discipline and don't try to cram, you'll do fine!
Best wishes and good luck!
Spectrum.
Re:woo hoo, my loan got approved!!! Kinney26: Spec,
thanks for the advice. The good thing is that I have no set time frame. I have 6 months of school and whenever I pass all the tests is up to me. I definitely don't expect a walk in the park and it will be 6- 8 months of hell, but it could also change my life for the better forever. :)
