Re:To the next woman in my life Suddenly Single: Yes I know what you mean. I kicked him out March 31st then we were divorced June 29th. Between school ending, garage sales, packing and selling the house and then divorce...it was soo busy I didn't have time to digest. Once August rollled around...things started affecting me. I think it is a survivor mode - you do what you have to do get through and then once things slow down...BANG! it hits you. The roller coaster does get easier! ( i hate saying that becuase I hated hearing it but it is true! )
Re:To the next woman in my life RecoveringinDE: One thing CP, definitely make sure you make your next girlfriend aware of your best friend. I've seen and heard of this happening. The guy (for whatever reason) doesn't tell the girlfriend that his best friend is a girl and then the friendship goes bye bye. Not fair to anyone in that situation.

Very good letter though! I'm with SS, I'm now wondering how to put things lol.

Re:To the next woman in my life computerperson: Thanks RiDE. I haven't talked to you in a while...I hope all is going well with you.

I am very lucky in that I have have quiet a few friends, but my best friend is the most important one for my next g/f to meet. No secrets here, it will be upfront on one of the first dates.
Re:To the next woman in my life favoriteangel2003: Computerperson,

You want some one to care for you NOT take care of you.... ;)

Keep this letter and give it to the next person you are serious about. What a great way of getting everything out on the table. Nice letter!

Angel :)
Re:To the next woman in my life computerperson: Angel--Exactly.

I've seriously thought about hanging onto my letter and giving it to the next person that makes it over 30 days of dating with me. Don't want to rush too quickly into handing it out, but I don't want to wait too long either....

Is there ever a right answer?? ???
