Re:people noticing sadinct: I lost 20 in 3 weeks... seems a broken heart weighs less....

but hell- I fit in my clothes from the marine corps 20 years ago- Instead of thinking I have lost weight, I'm thinking I regained a wardrobe!

(and no! I am not re-enlisting)

Be well!

Re:people noticing lookin4alite: In Spring 2004 I weighed 268,

two weeks ago I weighed in at 236.

WOOHOOO!!!!...

Re:people noticing LostTeacher: i lost 15 in two weeks.
now, eating better, or maybe worse. now it's time to lose it reasonably, and just get started.
Re:people noticing bumble: yeah, people have totally noticed my weight drop. i've lost about 35 lbs. since the end of october (when i left him).

it's good though. it's the weight i had not lost since having my son. i'm getting to wear a lot of old clothes and realizing what a freakin' clotheshorse i used to be before i had children to spend money on. wowsa! ironically, my wedding ring fits again. too bad i don't need it anymore. ;)

Re:people noticing craez: yep. the only thing remotely good that has come of all this, is that i weigh less now than i did in high school.

but, i've also had two people ask if i was eating.

i WASN'T eating for a while there. too depressed.

and a down side is that this breakup has created a HUGE financial burden for me, so buying new clothes sucks. i tried to wear belts for as long as possible, but when i yanked my pants down to pee the other day WITHOUT undoing the buckle OR my pants, i thought, "Gee. It might be time for new pants."
and i swear my boobs shrunk.
