When to move on? Schawdae: I thought that if I spent some time with other guys it would help me get over my ex, but it wasnt like that at all. I found myself comparing them to him. I know that it isnt right but how can I not do this? Will I ever stop comparing the two? If so can someone please give me advice on how not to do this... Thank you!

Re:When to move on? ChristyM: I didn't feel I was ready to move on when I was comparing my dates to my ex and wishing they were more like him. I realized I was ready to move on when I was comparing my dates to him and wishing he could have been more like them.

Re:When to move on? Suddenly Single: I think that comparing is just kind of like an instinct...you can't help it you just do it. I think it is important to do because it will help sort out what you like and don't like. What will make you happy and what won't.
