Re:I miss him today LostTeacher: i feel this all the time!! am so glad to see that i am not the only one. people who have not been through this don't seem to understand why you can continue to love someone or want to be with someone who has done these things to you. but that's exactly how i feel.
sometimes it helps to think that even if i tried to talk to him, he would sound like a stranger, and really believe that this is not the same person that i knew and loved 3 months ago. it's like that person died, and was replaced by this new one. that doesn't make it hurt any less, but it does make it a little easier to believe.
