There was more, but that is the main part.....I am not high maintenance with other things though...dont' get my nails done....or anything like that.....maybe all women are HM just in their own way?
Re:High-maintenance.... jen: I think all women are just a little bit high maintenance, at least in some way. We all like attention, etc. But, I'm not sure what YOU mean by high maintenance...
I'd say my big thing these days are common courtesies - I like it when someone calls when they say that they will...I don't expect a call or e-mail every day...but if you say something, I like to be able to take it for face value. I find that I value behaviors that I would consider respectful, but I may just be especially sensitive given the experiences of the past year...

I get my nails done, I get pedicures everyother month, get my hair done every 6 weeks. Not sure though if that is HM or just me being a girly girl *grin*

Re:High-maintenance.... in_search_of: I am anti high maintenance on most things. I expect common curtesy, which does not seem high maintenance to me. The one thing that I do expect that is kinda silly, but that my ex had me spoiled on, is opening the car door. He did it the entire time we were dating and continued to when we were married; and now I just expect it. I also expect a call when you say you will, even if it is just to say, hey I said I would call, but I had something come up and can't really talk. I don't expect 100 emails a day, or a phone call every night (because well, some nights, I am busy). And guess what folks, just be honest with me, I am not going to have a fit if you say something I don't like I will however, have a conniption if I find out that you were lying to me!
