What you are and went thru is very painful. When your spouse tells you that it is you who are sexually inadequate it is really their selfishness using you. I have a similar situation with my STBXW, where she said it was me who couldn't stimulate her. Well, since I have been dating I clearly have debunked that theory. In that I mean other women have found me attractive and satisfying. So it is not u, it is his selfishness that is causing this to happen... Take heart and focus on you and your individual issues and make prudent changes...

I would love to talk to a counselor, too, but that requires getting someone for the kids, requires explaining why I need to go, when all anyone sees is that we get along...

I am taking a night class from 4-5:15, so I am only 45 minutes later picking them up 2 nights a week. I am going to re-start belly dancing next week, I need to lose a lot of weight (unlike a lot of you, I tend to eat when I am hurting - lots of chocolate! LOL). I am working to care for myself, so I can show the girls (I have 3 girls, 8, 6, and 2) what kind of woman I want to be... I want them to be strong, but loving...

Re:Lost... Can't let anyone know Shanna: You are ssuch a wonderful person to be able to take th ehigh road the way you have. I do think that your"best friend" is not a friend at all if she is trying to mess around with your ex. Some things are ALWAYS off limits.
Maybe you could discretely get counceling? Tell everyone it is a self improvement class to learn more about yourself....kinda true???
I understand the small town thing....I AM THERE.
