Re:he is such a jerk loshyra: Wow...I feel for you from jsut reading your posts. I have a friend that also recorded their conversations and it really did help in court. The person would tell the judge one thing and the recordings told a totally different story.

thank you so much....
i have calmed down somewhat since earlier today but i'm still pi$$ed as he!! about it. i'm at work now at the hotel and we are so horribly busy that it's not giving me much time to deal with it right now, but just wait until 9pm when i call the kids to say goodnight to them.....if he says ONE word, i'm going to scream.
i have tried this entire time to be the bigger & better person and to make this as amicable as possible.....but if he wants to play dirty, he picked the wrong chick to do it with!!!

I know how hard it is to be the bigger and better person. I totally know how it is to want to just rip into them. But you know that your kids will understand more when they get older, and they will respect and love you more for not giving into his spiteful and hatefulness. :-\ Sooner or later you hopefully won't have to deal with this anymore.
And to tell you the truth when I was dealing with my divorces, I loved being busy at work....it gave me no time to think about him or whatever was happening with him

Every other conversation we have it seems like he is blaming me for things and trying to say its all my fault when he knows well its his. Unreasonable is a good word for him. And than he will call and act like he is Mr. Big and act like you should do this and that like give me a break you dont have your life together..it makes me sick! I feel for you! Dont let him get to you!
