arrrrrr dont understand
.

arrrrrr dont understand Dino: as many times as i have convinced myself the futility of trying to understand my ex's mind, i find myself still wondering. what the f*ck is going on in her head. what made her change like that.
ah bugger it. it doesnt matter anyway. im not even angry. i just feel mentally and spiritually exhausted.
Re:arrrrrr dont understand Chase: Hi bitterdino,

Good for you... trying to work out what someone else is thinking, when they can't tell you, is just impossible. Really, the only thing you work out is what you're actually thinking. You fill your head with imagined scenarios and possible thoughts and what ifs. And there is absolutely no way to ever reconcile them with reality. No wonder you're feeling exhausted, you're like a mouse on one of those wheel things. My 2 cents worth is this. Every time you catch yourself trying to work her out, remind yourself that it's impossible, and try to work on yourself instead! I know its easier said than done ... but maybe it'll help!

Re:arrrrrr dont understand ChristyM: My counselor told me I needed to quit trying to figure my ex out. He wasn't thinking rationally so me using my ideas of right and wrong were never going to get me anywhere. It is an exercise in futility.

Re:arrrrrr dont understand kimura321: Trust me- I dealt with the same crap with a bipolar ex- heck I didn't know which one of her I would see when she answered the door when I drop the boy off.
I think maybe there are some things that are better left unknown- I would probably go mad if I could read her thoughts.
