I don't buy that whole needing to talk to her because she has stuff at his place. First and foremost, he packs up all her crap and sets it by the door. She picks it up and leaves. Next, he stays in his place. If he wants to come back he will have to earn your trust and earn his way back. This means he dots all the i's and crosses all the t's when it comes to you. He should be transparent. You should be able to know that he isn't dating or running around hiding stuff. He won't like it, but if he really wants to fix things then he will put up with it. If stuff starts to make your guts churn with uneasiness then back off a bit. Time is on your side if you take control and accept that if it isn't working you need to stop. At least that is my opinion.
Re:He broke up with her and has been coming around alot jjbswest: we can't tell you what to do. but, i really think this is gonna happen to me when my ex and ow breaks up. i know that i dont' want to be the second choice. i dont want him coming to me cuz they broke up. you said "how do i tell him that i just can't do it". if that's how you feel, just tell him that. or tell him that you need to think and give it some time. see,what happens. you don't have to give him an answer right now. that's your choice, your time, now. good luck

I think its his way of as you said it to me in a previous post "having his cake and eating it to" at least I think it was you. I will be very cautious and things will be on my terms, and that is if I even try. I dont know if its something I even want to do.
