I am going thru a break up that was sprung on me out of the blue. I never cheated or lied to him and I was always good to him, his kids and his family. At one time he wanted to marry me and now he doesn't even want me around. He has begun hanging out with his flaky friend who tried to pick up on me. He's 37 so he's no spring chicken. And, honestly, I don't worry that he's cheating on me but what did I do wrong? :'( I waited 3 years after my divorce to fall in love again and I told him I didn't want to be hurt but I let my guard down and now I'm paying the price. I'm 31 and I feel like I have nothing.
Re:thrown out and confused StarAngel_8: Breakups are the worse that is all I can say. And they are worse when you are living in denial, which is what is happening to me at the moment. I wish I could give you some advice, but I cant. I still want mine back.

Have you asked him what was wrong with your relationship? I still don't know why my ex left me. I never will. If your ex doesn't want to tell you, you may never know. You can't force it out of people. They may not know themselves.
