I told my x do you wake up every morning feeling like oh how can I piss her off today he said no your not worth my time I said please your not worth anyones time! I hung up and danced around yeah! I finally mouthed off back, now he can see what it feels like. Even though its better to stay away from it period it still felt good to get a word in this time!

I'm expected to drop whatever I'm doing and answer his calls, or in his words, "keep the cell phone attached to my belt at all times." In the meantime, there have been plenty of times where I tried to call him in the past when he completely blew me off. I now realize that the stbxh has a serious double standard. He thinks it's perfectly fine to do whatever he wants to do with whoever he wants, but the thought of his "mommy" (me - he STILL calls me that) not being available or even worse, off with someone else, fills him with panic. Keep your cool, keep your boundaries firmly in place, tell him in no uncertain terms to kiss off, and then get off the phone and LAUGH!
