Re:Someone help me please Chase: Way to go James. Some advice I read on a website a while ago is to keep saying to yourself "I WILL be OK. I am going to make it through". Because when you're feeling this crap you do need to remind yourself that it will get better.
And I think you are going to be OK!

When you start thinking about him, hop on the web and find out something that you like - something about careers/home/cars, whatever can help re-direct your mind into other pathways, you know?
Re:Someone help me please pleesehelp: Hi. Id like to say that my friends and family and everyone here have lifted my spirits tremendously by supporting me and giving me confidence. Everyone says TIME will heal! And that is true! Its been almost 4 weeks since I found out my wife cheated on me and I have to say Ive been having more better days lately than bad days. 3 days ago, I heard something on the radio about Valentines Day & it hit me that this will be my first Valentines Day in 10 years I wont be enjoying it with the one I love! I heard it at night (while at work) and all I did was cry all night.(luckily I work by myself) I think because I let it out, the last 2 days Ive felt so much better even about myself. But there is still more good days than bad as of late. I still need to do a lot of things which is gonna s*ck, and the fact that we still live in the same house (we're working on that) and she is seeing this other guy is driving me nuts! I just hope I never feel the way I did the first 2 and a half weeks! So I guess time does heal. Keep asking questions and posting your thoughts here and these great people will help you get thru!
