Re:Anyone else dealt w/ this Cally: The only thing I can say is thank God I found out because we were supposed to buy a piece of property in the next few weeks. I'm just so sad because I think that he will be the one two take our two little dogs. One was his before we met, and the other we got together. But he refuses to let me keep the first one, and I don't think that I should seperate them. The little one has been with the other one since she was 8 weeks old.
Re:Anyone else dealt w/ this Chey: Oh that's so sad :( I had to leave my cats behind and I know how hard it is. They definetly become your "babies"....and you're right on the property purchase. That would have made things a lot more complicated than they already are.

Re:Anyone else dealt w/ this Chey: Not at all.....I suffered HUGE amounts of guilt about that too....I know it sounds SO daft, but I did the whole "how will they understand why I'm not there"....a lot of me also felt awful because I didn't feel that kind of guilt about leaving my husband. I felt worse leaving the pets than I did about leaving him...awful I know but I could at least put logic behind leaving him.
